Aslholm v. People
6 N.Y. St. Rep. 862
Opinion
The moving papers should show that there is some reasonable
ground upon which the appeal is based, so that the court may see that the appeal is not taken without foundation.
The papers upon which it is proposed to argue the appeal should be exhibited to the court, so that the court may know the character and condition of the papers to be submitted.
Motion denied, with leave to rénew upon compliance with the foregoing suggestions.
