Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. The order denying Stephen Ashley’s rule 3.850 motion is affirmed. This court’s affirmance is without prejudice to Ashley filing a properly executed petition for writ of habeas corpus in this court to seek a belated appeal. See Fla. R.App.P. 9.140(3).
