Opinion

DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the case of Donna Green v. City of Alexandria, et al, 413 So.2d 321 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1982), the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Appellate costs in these consolidated appeals are assessed one-half (V2) to Bobbie Norris Ashley, and one-half (V2) to Donna Green.

AFFIRMED.
