Arthur Lee GOODEN, II, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Mr. PONTON; Sergeant Terry; Captain Booker; Ms. Scott;
Mr. Smith; Mr. Cei; John B. Taylor; L.W.
Huffman, Defendants-Appellees.
No. 95-6240.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted April 20, 1995.
Decided May 26, 1995.
Arthur Lee Gooden, II, appellant pro se.
Pamela Anne Sargent, Asst. Atty. Gen., Richmond, VA, for appellees.
Before WIDENER, WILKINSON, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Gooden v. Ponton, No. CA-95-45-R (W.D.Va. Jan. 12, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
