Motion for leave to appeal from the Supreme Court judg[915]*915merit dated November 28, 1988 dismissed upon the ground that it does not lie. The judgment had no effect on the Appellate Division order dated February 9, 1988 from which this court already dismissed in part and denied in part a motion for leave to appeal (71 NY2d 1012; see, CPLR 5611).
