In re: J. D. Armstrong applying for Cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 338 So.2d 779, Fourth Circuit Parish of Jefferson.

Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal there is no error of law in the judgment complained of.

DIXON, J., dissents from the denial. CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
