Opinion
A careful examination of the pleadings- and proofs in this case, has satisfied us of the correctness of the order of the Circuit Court, dissolving the injunction; and for the reasons assigned by the- learned judge of that Court in his opinion, transmitted with the record, we will sign a decree affirming the order appealed from.
Order affirmed.
