PER CURIAM:

We granted a writ of certiorari to review the court of appeals' decision in Arkay, LLC v. City of Charleston , 418 S.C. 86, 791 S.E.2d 305 (Ct. App. 2016). We now dismiss the writ as improvidently granted.

DISMISSED AS IMPROVIDENTLY GRANTED.
