In re: Edward L. Ardoyno, Jr., William J. Mora, III, applying for supervisory writs of certiorari and prohibition and mandamus.

Writ refused. As to the trial court’s judgment sustaining the exception of improper cumulation of actions and misjoin-der of parties, the remedy is by appeal as to the ruling on pre-trial discovery, there is no abuse of discretion.
