In re American Home Assurance Company, applying for writs of certiorari and review. Parish of Lafayette. No. 62532-D.

Granted. Dr. Bozeman is ordered to produce the requested surgical protocols, insofar as they describe the procedures the doctor used in the operating room, omitting all reference to names or identifying characteristics of the patients and reserving respondent’s right to seek a protective order if it becomes necessary.

MARCUS, BLANCHE and WATSON, JJ., would deny the application.
