Plaintiff, a customer, while engaged in the selection of lumber in defendant’s yard, fell from a defective platform and was injured. In an action for damages he received a verdict for $4,500. Prom the judgment entered thereon defendant-appeals. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Davis and Taylor, JJ.
