MEMORANDUM OF DECISION On March 7, 2023, the Commissioner of Children and Families (commissioner) filed a petition in this court to terminate the parental rights of [the respondents] Madelei R. and Jorge R.-M. to the minor child [Noah].1 Trial of a TPR petition brought by the commissioner in this court for a child in the [Department of Children and Families’] custody is governed by General Statutes * Affirmed. In re Noah R.-R., 233 Conn. App. 522, A.3d (2025). Pursuant to General Statutes § 46b-142 (b) and Practice Book §§ 32-7 (a) and 79a-12, the names of the parents and child in this matter will not be disclosed. The records and papers of this case shall be open for inspection only to persons having a proper interest therein, and upon order of the court. 1 For brevity’s sake, the court will sometimes refer to the petition for termination of parental rights as a ‘‘TPR’’ petition.
