Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Although the jury awarded $20,500 for this item, the record contains evidence of no more than $16,000 in compensatory damages sustained by the plaintiff-appellee as a result of the defendant-appellant’s improper roof repair. Since the errors claimed in the other points on appeal were non-existent, harmless, or waived, the judgment entered below is reduced by $4,500 and is otherwise affirmed.

Affirmed as modified.
