Per Curiam:

We affirm the order of the Court below upon the opinion of the learned presi[366]*366dent. We see no equity in the appellant to have the writ of habere facias possessionem, stayed on the ground he set up in his petition.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
