WRIT GRANTED AND MADE PEREMPTORY: The trial court erred in sustaining American Oilfield Divers, Inc.’s exception of non-joinder of an indispensable party. LSA-C.C.P. Art. 698, LSA-C.C. Art. 9:3101 et seq. IT IS ORDERED that the trial court’s judgment of March 10, 1987, sustaining American Oilfield Divers, Inc.’s exception be vacated and set aside, and the case remanded to the trial court for further proceedings according to law.
