FILING FEE WITHIN 30 DAYS 8 YOUNG, THIRTY (30) DAY DEADLINE 9 Defendant. 10 11 Plaintiff Anthony Jeffries (“Plaintiff”) is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil 12 action pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 13 U.S. 388, 91 S. Ct. 1999 (1971) and the Federal Tort Claims Act. This action was initiated on 14 December 22, 2025. Plaintiff has not paid the $405.00 filing fee or submitted an application to 15 proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. 16 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 17 Within thirty (30) days of the date of service of this order, Plaintiff shall submit the 18 attached application to proceed in forma pauperis, completed and signed, with a certified copy of 19 his inmate trust account statement, or in the alternative, pay the $405.00 filing fee for this action. 20 No requests for extension will be granted without a showing of good cause. Failure to 21 comply with this order will result in dismissal of this action. 22 IT IS SO ORDERED. 23
