Opinion
Appeal dismissed, without costs, by the Court of Appeals sua sponte, upon the grounds that (1) the order of the Appellate Division, insofar as it affirmed the denial of a motion for [890]*890a preliminary injunction, does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution, and (2) as to the remainder of the order of the Appellate Division, no substantial constitutional question is directly involved.
