Opinion
On motion it was ruled, that on the 3d section of the law concerning divorces and alimony, passed 19th September [404]*4041785, (2 Dali. St. Daws 385) on issuing subpoenas in cases of divorce, a rule may be made to take depositions before the return thereof.
