Where the evidence of adultery, in an action for a divorce, rests on the unsupported testimony of the defendant’s paramour, the case will be referred back to the referee for further evidence; the testimony of the paramour being subject to the same objection as that of any other accompBce, (2 Msh. on Mar, and Div. 8, § 644, and cases cited in notes 2, 3 and 6.)
