Per Curiam.

Haywood, Justice only in court.

-This bond is not made jiayable in South-Carolioa — -if it were, yetas it was executed, here, is shall only carry North-Carolina interest. A contract is to be interpreted according to the law of the country where made, and draws itj it ouch legal consequences as the h'v of that country attaches to it. Had the bond beer* executed in South-Carolina, and there payable, it would undergo a different consideration.
