The opinion of the court was delivered by
We entirely concur in the reasons given by the president of the Orphans’ Court, for confirming the auditor’s report of distribution in this case.
The language of the Act of 1851 is inconsistent with the claim of the widow, and we see no error in allowing to Mrs. Saekriter the amount found to be her due, by the auditor.
Decree affirmed at the costs .of the appellant.
