Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order as the proposed, unconsidered amended complaint seeks a determination of parental responsibility, not paternity.

We remand with direction to consider: (1) the plaintiffs motion to amend his complaint; (2) the effect of his incarceration upon his entitlement to relief; (3) any fur[454]*454ther jurisdictional issues; and (4) if jurisdiction lies, the best interests of the child.

HERSEY, C.J., and ANSTEAD and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., concur.
