[ECF 209] WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., KATHERINE 19 || DARRALL, and JOSE RICO, (FIRST REQUEST) Defendants. 20 21 Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b)(1) and Local Rule IA 6-1, Defendants 22 || Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Katherine Darrall together with Plaintiffs hereby stipulate and agree 23 || to extend Defendants’ deadline to file their Response to Plaintiffs’ Objection to Plaintiffs’ 24 | Objection to Report and Recommendation [ECF No. 199] Re: Motion for Leave to Correct and 25 || Amend Complaint [ECF No. 209] from March 4, 2022 to March 14, 2022 for the following reasons: 26 1. On February 18, 2022, Plaintiffs filed their objection to the Honorable Brenda 27 || Weksler’s order denying Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to Correct and Amend Complaint, for which 28 || the local rules provide a 14-day response.
] 2. Accordingly, Defendants’ Response to Plaintiff’'s Objection is due March 4, 2022. 2 3. Defendants’ counsel has been diligently working on the Response, but they require 3 || additional time in light of scheduled depositions, deadlines in this case and other matters, and a 4 || personal scheduling conflict by the attorney primarily responsible for drafting the Response. 5 4. No prejudice will result due to this ten-day extension. 6 5. This extension request is sought in good faith and is not made for the purpose of 7 || delay. 8 THEREFORE, for good cause shown, the Parties respectfully request an extension for 9 || Defendants to file their Response to Plaintiffs’ Objection to Report and Recommendation [ECF 10 |} No. 199] Re: Motion for Leave to Correct and Amend Complaint [ECF No. 209] from March 4, 11 || 2022 through and including March 14, 2022. 2 12 || DATED this 25" day of February, 2022. | #2 SNELL & WILMERLLP.
