ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Based upon the State’s “Notice of Confession of Error” wherein “the State concedes that the Defendant’s argument is meritorious”, the Order under review herein is reversed and this cause is remanded to the trial court with directions to allow the appellant (who is the Defendant below) to withdraw his previously entered plea of guilty. Thereafter, this case shall proceed as may be appropriate.

Reversed and remanded.
