Opinion

WATSON, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in docket # 6392, Leo Anding, Et Ux v. Southwestern Insurance Company Et Al., La.App., 358 So.2d 690, the judgment of the trial court herein is reversed insofar as it gives judgment against the State of Louisiana through the Department of Highways. The judgment of the trial court is otherwise affirmed. All costs are assessed against Southwestern Insurance Company.

REVERSED IN PART; AFFIRMED IN PART.
