WOODARD, Judge.

For the foregoing reasons assigned in the companion case of L.B. Kile v. Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Co. (LAMMICO), et al. 615 So.2d 564 (La.App. 3 Cir.1993) (Number 92-423 on our court docket), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in favor of Dr. Sauls.

AFFIRMED.
