Opinion

In the light of all the facts and circumstances disclosed and in view of the nature of the newly discovered evidence, the order appealed from is unanimously reversed and the motion to vacate the judgment granted and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event. Settle order on notice. Present — Glennon, Dore, Callahan and Van Voorhis, JJ.
