PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of mandamus is granted. The Circuit Court in and for Jackson County is directed to issue a ruling on petitioner’s request to be certified as indigent in circuit court case number 2011-CA-917 within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days after issuance of mandate in this cause.

PETITION GRANTED.
