FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, it is ORDERED that this matter is hereby REMANDED to Chief Deputy Commissioner Stephen T. Gheen for assignment to a deputy commissioner for a full evidentiary hearing on the issue of permanent and total disability as raised in the plaintiff's Form 33 that was filed with the Commission on August 25, 2005.
