15 Based on the stipulation of the parties, the Court hereby ORDERS that this matter be 16 REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner of Social Security for further 17 administrative proceedings. Upon remand, the Appeals Council will instruct the Administrative 18 Law Judge to offer Plaintiff the opportunity for a hearing; further consider the medical source 19 opinions and prior administrative medical findings pursuant to the provisions of 20 C.F.R. 20 § 416.920c; take any further action needed to complete the administrative record; and issue a 21 new decision. 22 This Court hereby reverses the Commissioner’s decision under sentence four of 42 23 U.S.C. § 405(g) with a remand of the case to the Commissioner for further administrative 24 proceedings. See Melkonyan v. Sullivan, 501 U.S. 89 (1991). Plaintiff may be entitled to 1 reasonable attorney fees and costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412, upon proper request to this 2 Court. 3 DATED this 22nd day of September, 2025. 4 A 5 MICHELLE L.
