Appeal from an order of the Erie County Court (Sheila A. DiTullio, J.), entered May 30, 2006. The order affirmed a judgment (denominated order) of the Buffalo City Court (Thomas E Amadeo, C.J.) entered February 22, 2005.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs for reasons stated at County Court. Present—Scudder, EJ., Gorski, Centra, Lunn and Peradotto, JJ.
