In accordance with this court’s opinion of this date, the trial court’s order denying the appellants’ motion to dismiss with regard to appellee’s claims for tortious interference with contract, abuse of process, and wrongful injunction is REVERSED, and those claims are DISMISSED. The remainder of the trial court’s order is AFFIRMED. The cause is REMANDED to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. Costs of the appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them. WHEREFORE, WE COMMAND YOU to observe the order of our said Court of Appeals for the Fourth District of Texas, in this behalf and in all things have the order duly recognized, obeyed, and executed.
