Opinion

Luke, J.

This case arises by reason of a protest, to the report of land proeessioners. The evidence authorized the verdict, and the charge of the court is not subject to the objections raised to it. It was not error, . for any reason assigned, to overrule the motion for a new trial.

Judgment affirmed.

Broyles, C. J., and Bloodworth J., concur.
