Troy Romero and all other records and files of this matter, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that entry of Judgment against Defendant Parker Lee is appropriate. Plaintiff is awarded judgment against Defendant Parker Lee in the amount of $168,614.00, plus post-judgment interest at the rate of 0.25% per annum from the date this Judgment is entered until paid.
