Opinion

PER CURIAM.

John Amin’s petition for writ of mandamus requests action by the trial court on a civil complaint, or the provision of an order of dismissal, if entered, which he claims he never received. The attorney general’s office has provided a copy of the order of dismissal for lack of prosecution dated April 9, 1996, to Amin and to this court.

Accordingly, Amin’s petition is moot and is therefore dismissed.
