The above-enumerated protest and six others listed in the schedule attached hereto, which were consolidated for purpose of trial and decision, present for the court’s determination the proper classification for customs duty purposes of merchandise described on the invoices with the entries accompanying said protests as various kinds of pistols and revolvers.
