Government contract; purchase of Liberty Ship tanker vessels under the Merchant Ship Sales Act of 1946, as amended.

On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement on the basis of the decision in Southeastern Oil Delaware, Inc. v. The United States, 124 C. Cls. 561, and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiffs be entered for $45,000.
