Motion to dismiss appeal from so much of the order of the Appellate Division as affirmed the September 3, 1981 order of Supreme Court, New York County, denying appellant’s motion to reargue granted and the appeal from that portion of the order dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that it does not lie. Motion to strike matter from the record on appeal, etc., denied.
