Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by the defendant, American Southern Life Insurance Company, from a final judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, Jennie B. Feder, Executrix of the Estate of Isadore Al Feder, deceased.

The court has carefully considered the appeal papers, the briefs and oral argument of counsel for the parties. From such consideration, we find no reversible error.

Affirmed.

WALDEN, C. J., ANDREWS, J., and WILLIS, BEN C., Associate Judge, concur.
