American Southern Insurance v. Hendricks
303 So. 2d 575, 1974 La. App. LEXIS 3358
Opinion
This case was consolidated for trial and for argument in this court with No. 6400, Thibodeaux et al. v. The Lock Clinic et al., 303 So.2d 570 decided this day.
In this case (No. 6401) Kancher and his insurer sued the drivers and insurers of the other three vehicles involved in the accident.
For the reasons assigned in Suit No. 6400, the judgment of the trial court is reversed, and it is now ordered that there be judgment dismissing plaintiffs’ suit.
Reversed and rendered.
