Opinion

Order restraining and enjoining defendants, pendente lite, from disclosing trade secrets in connection with machines, methods and processes used in the manufacture of milk bottle caps, and from obtaining the issuance of letters patent, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
