[779]*779ON PETITION FOR CERTIORARI GRANTED

PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of common law cer-tiorari is granted and the order under review is quashed. On remand, the trial court is directed to appoint a guardian ad litem pursuant to sections 744.102(2) and 744.391, Florida Statutes (1987), to represent the interests of the minor children Karen Gonzalez Sepulveda and Jacobo Diaz Sepulveda.

Certiorari granted; order quashed.
