Opinion
Because the record does not reflect the entry of a forfeiture and an adequate remedy by appeal has not been demonstrably precluded, we deny the petition for certio-rari without prejudice to petitioner obtaining documents necessary for plenary appeal. See Huie v. State, 92 So.2d 264 (Fla.1957); § 903.26(2)(b), Fla.Stat. (1987).
Certiorari denied.
