Opinion
We agree with the trial court’s finding that, as a matter of law, the document sent by MRC of Hialeah, Inc. to Lazaro Almagro did not violate Section 559.72, Florida Stat[333]*333utes (1997). Accordingly, we affirm the judgment below.
Affirmed.
