Shepard, 310 So.2d 765 (Fla.2d DCA 1975); Castle v. Struhl, 293 So.2d 798 (Fla.3d DCA 1974); Wells v. Van Arnam, 271 So.2d 186 (Fla.lst DCA 1973).
