In re: Jake Allo, individually and on behalf of his minor son, Vic Alio applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 333 So.2d 704, Second Circuit, Parish of Caddo.

Writ Denied. Under the facts found by the court of appeal, we find no error in the result.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
