COOK, Justice.

The petition for the -writ of mandamus is granted. The Dallas Circuit Court is directed to require Gena Allison, the plaintiff in an action pending in that court, to re[345] spond to the discovery requests propounded by the defendants Selma Housing Development Corporation and Stephen G. Smitherman.

PETITION GRANTED; WRIT ISSUED.
