Government contract; breach of contract of lease on certain land and premises.

On plaintiff’s offer to compromise, which was accepted by the defendant, and on a stipulation by the parties and on a report of a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $33,750.
