Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We agree with the appellants that the trial court erred in dismissing their counterclaim for replevin. The undisputed evidence before the court established that the settlement agreement required the appel-lees to relinquish to Allied Van Lines, Inc., all of the property for which Allied provided a replacement.

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
