In re Allen, William D. Dr.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, supervisory writs; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “G”, No. 86-5566; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. C-6569.

Granted. Ruling of trial judge is reversed and set aside. Trial judge is ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing on alleged irregularities in procedure before the Agency. See La. R.S. 49:964(F). This hearing may be conducted with December 16, 1986 hearing.
